Beulah Mae Bass, 66, of Thackerville, Okla., passed away Friday night, April 15, 2011, at a Dallas hospital. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Tuesday in Parker Cemetery south of Grapevine. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at DeBerry Funeral Directors.
She was born Feb. 4, 1945, in Roanoke to Mark L. and Susie Long Roberts. She attended Northwest public schools and married Joe Bass on July 27, 1962, at the Florence Holiness Church in Keller. She was a homemaker and helped her husband farming and ranching. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Edna Mae Hall, Mildred Huffman, Penny Salyards and Ruby Dunham; and brothers, Eugene Roberts and M.L. Roberts Jr.
