Clotene Itaska Pace, 84, of Fritch died October 6, 2013 at her home. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in Minton Memorial Chapel with Merle Bibby of Amarillo officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Clotene was born April 23, 1929 in Hunt County, TX to Phelon Exar Bibby and Hettie Ethel Morgan Bibby. She married C. C. "Red" Pace April 19, 1947 in Grandsaline, Texas. Clotene was a teacher for Dumas Independent School District, has lived in this area for 27 years and loved to play Bingo.
She was preceded in death by two daughters Judy Kay Bridgeman and Nancy Jean DeShields and a son Gary Mike Pace.
Survivors include her husband C. C. "Red" Pace of Fritch, her brother Merle Bibby and his wife Bettye of Amarillo, 5 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
