Jack Fisher Painter, 83 of Borger died June 4th in Borger. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday June 8th at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Leonard Forsythe of Bible Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Jack was born August 30, 1931 in Turnersville, TX to Clarence and Gladine Cooper Painter. He worked as a roustabout for DACO. He was a member of Keeler Baptist Church. He loved to travel and fish.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jo in 2007 and his parents.
Jack is survived by a son, Keith and wife, Lori of White Deer; daughters Mala Arthur and husband, David of Borger, Peggy Cornelson and husband, Larry of Weatherford, OK; brother, Stanley Painter of Angel Fire, NM; sister, Sandra Fisher of Mesquite, TX; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Family will be receiving guests at 1607 Primrose Ln, Borger.

BORGER - Jo Painter, 75, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2007.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park.
Jo was born on June 24, 1932, in Irdell. She was formerly an LVN for North Plains Hospital in Borger.
Survivors include her husband, Jack; a son, Keith Painter of White Deer; two daughters, Mala Arthur of Borger and Peggy Engelbrecht of Weatherford, Okla.; two sisters, Theresa Paris and Lynn Cannon, both of Clifton; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
