DAVIS, LEO Born in Worth, Missouri Sept. 24, 1916, died on March 6, 2008 in Dallas, TX. He served a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy from 1942 to 1945 escorting convoys across the Atlantic. Leo was formerly a Vice President of Pollock Paper Co., then was CEO of Pakrite Plastics Corp. He was very involved with community organizations: Vice President of Temple Emanu-El, Treasurer of the Dallas Jewish Welfare Federation, Chairman of the Dallas Chapter of the American Jewish Committee and a member of its National Board of Governors, as well as Chairman of the Jewish Vocational Guidance Service (now Jewish Family Services). He is survived by his children, Carol Davis Morse and her husband Stuart of Dallas, Stephen Davis and his wife Yeshay of New York City and Pecos, TX and Betsy Davis Holland of Golden, CO; as well as grandchildren, Shannon Morse and husband Daniel Clifford, Jed Morse and wife Margaret, Asa and Andalucia Davis, Taylor and Marissa Holland; great grandson, William Clifford.
