FRITCH - Jody Kay Qualls, 49, died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First Southern Baptist Church. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Qualls was born Jan. 1, 1957, in Berthoud, Colo. She married James Qualls on Oct. 9, 1988.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Kenny Qualls of Grapevine; five daughters, Shere Qualls, Lori Qualls and Jeannie Qualls, all of Salem, Ore., Bobbi Clark of San Diego and Kimmy Qualls of Fritch; her parents, Clyde and Margie McCrary of Fritch; three brothers, Michael McCrary of Loveland, Colo., Pat McCrary of Amarillo and Tim McCrary of Mullinville, Kan.; three sisters, her twin, Judy Summit of Hinckley, Utah, Linda Achen of Durango, Colo., and Nancy Jordan of Lafayette, Colo.; and nine grandchildren.
