Funeral services for Mrs. Bernice Reese, 53, are scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday from First Methodist Church with the pastor, the Rev. Weldon Butler, officiating. The Rev. Noel Bryan of Denton will assist the local pastor in the service.
Burial in Highland Park Cemetery [sic] will be directed by Minton Mortuary.
Mrs. Reese was a member of First Methodist Church. She had been a resident of Borger area for 26 years, and died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in a Dallas hospital.
Surviving are the husband, Harold of 16 Riverview; mother, Mrs. Minnie Nunnley and sister, Mrs. Minnie Mae Kimber, both of Amarillo; brother, R.E. Treadwell of Central, N.M.
