PRICE, DAVID VICTOR Passed away on January 20, 2004. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., November 11, 1918. David joined the Army Air Corp and was stationed at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941; He married Doris Curry, of Bonham, while stationed at Love Field in 1945 and settled in Dallas. A sales representative in the home furnishings industry for forty years, he served as president of the Southwest Curtain & Drapery Association in the sixties. Upon retirement in 1993, he moved to Las Vegas, where he enjoyed ushering at the MGN Grand and playing golf. He returned to Dallas in September, 2003. Proceeded in death by his first wife, Doris Curry, who passed away in 1987, and his second wife, Frances Arceneaux, who passed away in 2001. Survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Carol Ann and Chris Lander, of Dallas, son, Richard Price of Carrollton; four grandchildren, Richard Anthony Price, of Plano, Jennifer Hurst of San Diego, Justin Hurst, and Casey Hurst of Dallas; sister Mildred Fischermann, of Las Vegas. He will be remembered as a gentleman, his unfailing optimism and sense of humor. He generously donated his remains to the Medical School at U.T. Southwestern. Our thanks to Tremont Nursing Home and Vistacare Hospice for their care and support. Memorials may be made to Scottish Rite Children's Hospital. Memorial pending.
