MICHAELSON, , BETTY ROSE RUBIN Born in Dallas on April 7, 1922 to a Hazel and Frank Rubin and passed away Friday, January 19, after a lengthy illness. She graduated from Forest High School and SMU. Her life was filled with passion for family, friends, painting, and travel. Preceded in death by Jack, her husband of 56 years, her parents, and her brother, Arthur Rubin. She is survived by her children, Barbara Michaelson Sanger and husband, Gene, Frances Michaelson Okon and husband, Steve. grandchildren Anne Sanger Hermann and husband Randy, Alex Sanger and wife Jennifer, Michael Sanger, Martis Okon Herman and husband Chad, Louis Okon and wife Melanie, and 8 great grandchildren. Graveside services at Sparkman/Hillcrest on Sunday, January 21st at 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Klein Garden at Temple Emanu-El, 8500 Hillcrest, Dallas, Texas 75225. Dignity Memorial Sparkman Hillcrest 7405 W. Northwest Hwy.
