Mildred Bea Reid passed away February 15, 2015 at Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation in Borger.
Mrs. Reid was born July 25, 1920 to Robert Calvin May and Iva Grace (Hill) May at Reese, Texas. She married William Madison Reid on August 13, 1937 at Canadian Texas.
Mrs. Reid was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church, she belonged to "Women's Aglow" organization and for several years was the secretary for the Croatian Philatelic Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and 3 brothers: Norman, Kenneth and Burl.
She is survived by a son Kenneth Reid of Dallas, 3 daughters: Carolyn Ruches of Fritch, Linda Wadley of Dallas and Helen Spahich and friend John Loftus of Ohio, 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday February 19, 2015 at 2:00PM at Westlawn Cemetery.
Mrs Reid will lie in state Wednesday February 18 from 8AM-5PM and Thursday February 19 from 8AM -12:30PM at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains.
