Funeral services for Louis L. Rushing, 77, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Dr. James Berry, pastor of Southside Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Rushing died Saturday, Oct. 12, 1991 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
A native Wewoka, Okla., he had been a Borger resident for 22 years. He was a retired pumpere for Getty Oil Company, and a member of Southside Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by a son, Shelby Hankins.
Survivors include his wife, Pearl of the home; four daughters, Hilda Fisher and Brenda Harre, both of Borger; Shirley Naney of Illinois; and Dorla Adcock of Chula Vista, Calif.; two sisters, Pearly Betrolli of Sacremento [sic], Calif.; and Laura Reynolds of California; a brother, Perry Rushing of Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
