Paula Ann Howard Schaffer, 63, passed away on November 30, 2012 surrounded by family.
Private services will be held. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Paula was born February 28, 1949 in Borger, Tx.
She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Allen "Bud" Howard and mother, Luvinia "Gee" Howard.
She is survived by her brother, Walter Allen "Buddy" Howard; her sister, Rita May Bridges and husband Bo; her son, David Herrmann and wife Stephanie; her daughters, Lori Eason and husband Bobby; Kelly Maxwell and husband Jamey; and Erin Schaffer and Larry Vela; eight grandchildren; her nieces Krista Barber and Blair Jones; and her nephews, Asa Fraley and Brad Howard.
Special thanks to all of her nurses, social workers, physicians and friends at The Hospice of the Southwest and Borger Healthcare Center.
