*Obituary
FRITCH - Jane Francis Schmid, 60, of 201 Sioux Trail in Fritch, died at her home Saturday.
A housewife, she was a native of Verona, N.D., and a Fritch resident for four years.
She is survived by husband, Jack of the home; daughter, Patricia Barton of Borger; brothers, Thomas Gaughan, Fargo, N.D.; Robert Gaughan, Fargo, N.D.; and Michael Gaughan of Minneapolis, Minn.; sisters, Blanche Hanson, Hawaii; and Margaret Schmid of Minneapolis, Minn.; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 3, at St. John's Catholic Church with the Rev. Richard Neyer, pastor, officiating.
Pallbearers include Tony Mitchell, Ken Taylor, Mark Felice, Bill Wilson, Lee Collett and Donald Collett.
Rosary was recited Sunday night at Minton Memorial Chapel.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Of [sic] Borger.
