WAR CASUALTY'S REBURIAL SUNDAY
ROTAN, April 30,- Last rites will be held Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at the Cross Roads Baptist Church for Pfc. Alvin Lindsey Gruben, who was killed in action in Southern France, November 24, 1944.
He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Danie Gruben of Rotan.
The Rev. Jack O'Neal, pastor of the church, will officiate and burial will be in Rotan cemetery under direction of McCombs and Cate Funeral Home. The Fisher County Memorial VFW Post will conduct military ceremony with Chaplain O. B. Williams and Commander Juston Morrow in charge.
