Borger News Herald - May 27, 1987
Eulin G. Stevens, 92, of 1303 Davis Drive, died Wednesday in High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo.
A warehouse supervisor at Phillips, he was a native of Franklin County, Arkansas, and a Borger resident since 1929.
He was a member of York Rite, Lodge 38 in Norman, Okla. and Scottish Rite. He retired from Phillips in 1959.
He married the former Jewell Dillard in Caddo, Okla. on June 9, 1913. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jewell, in 1986, and his son, Dow Stevens, also in 1986.
He is survived by six sons, James Stevens of Albuquerque, N.M., William Stevens of Borger, Grover Stevens of Lubbock, John Stevens of Borger, Garland Stevens of Norman, Okla.; two daughters, Nadine Parker of Houston, Mary Ellen Evans of Lancaster, Calif.; 24 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
