Funeral services for Margaret Ellen Stowers, 66, Borger, were at 2 p.m. today at Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Danny Courtney, pastor of Liberty Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Stowers died Sunday, June 16, 1991 in High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo.
She was born in Okmulgee, Okla., and had lived in Borger since 1942. She was a housewife and member of Liberty Baptist Church.
She married Gene Stowers in 1940 in Okmulgee.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Jerry Stowers of Borger; two daughters, Alta Russell of Jane, Mo., and Anita Ausbrooks of Borger; a sister, Jeanie Ezell of California; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were Harold McPherson, Jim Sargent, Jerry Rau, Kevin Scott, Kelly O'Conner, and Floyd Ridinger.
