Mrs. Sharp, 52, Dies; Rites Set
Rotan - Mrs. E. D. Sharp, 52, died suddenly at her home here at 1 a.m. Wednesday.
Funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday in Weathersbee Funeral Home Chapel in Rotan with Rev. Jackie Barnett pastor of Calvary Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Roby Cemetery under direction of Weathersbee Funeral Home at Rotan.
The former Bertha Frances Eastwood, she was born June 18, 1916, in Carthage, Miss. She married Mr. Sharp in El Paso, Sept. 11, 1942. She had live in Fisher County since then and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Rotan.
Survivors include her husband of Rotan, her mother Mrs. Tom Eastwood of El Paso, three sisters, Mrs. David Hammond of Rotan, Mrs Jess Giles of El Paso and Mrs. Walter Whitaker of Pine Ridge, AK, one brother J.T. Eastwood of Anthony, NM.
