R.E. (Barley) Sharp
Snyder - R.E. "Barley" Sharp, 72, died Sunday in a Big Spring medical Center.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Bell-Cypret-Seals Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. T.O. Upshaw officiating. Burial will be in the Roby Cemetery.
Mr. Sharp was born in Dublin and was a welder; blacksmith and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Sharp of Snyder; two daughters, Rose Mary Jones of Snyder and Gloria Jean Sain, of Freeport, a son, Robert E. Sharp of Freeport, three sisters, Leotie O'Briant of Rotan, Margie Upshaw of Roby, Zada Goodwin of Corpus Christi; three brothers, Dick Sharp of Aspermont, John Sharp and Eugene "Babe" Sharp both of Rotan; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren
