Louise C. Waggoner, 76, of Amarillo died Wednesday, July 15, 2009.
Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. today in Westlawn Memorial Cemetery in Borger. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. today in First Baptist Church in Amarillo. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Waggoner was born Sept. 19, 1932, to George and Stella Kornegay Cargill. She was a schoolteacher, a volunteer at Golden Plains Community Hospital and an active member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Jeff Waggoner of Houston; a daughter, Pam Welch of Amarillo; three brothers, Howard Cargill, Bud Cargill and Bobby Cargill, all of Bryan; a sister, Joyce Martin of Austin; and three grandchildren.
