FRITCH - Funeral services for Louise Wakefield, 74, were at 2 p.m. today at Faith Christian Assembly with the Rev. Don White, pastor, officiating.
Burial was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors.
She died Monday, July 3, 1995 in St. Anthony's Hospice in Amarillo.
A native of Tahlequah, Okla., she had been a Borger area resident for 50 years. She was a retired LVN at Golden Plains Community Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Noel Wakefield in October 1974.
Survivors include a son, Jackie Wakefield of Amarillo; a daughter, Charolett Dennis of Fritch; three brothers, John Cherry and Harold Cherry, both of Broken Bow, Okla.; and Chick Cherry of Houston; three sisters, Shirley Peaveyhouse, Bonnie Welch and Betty Reynolds, all of Broken Bow, Okla.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Casketbearers were Brian Glosson, Douglas Glosson, Patrick Glosson, and William Wakefield.
