Funeral services for Adele Augusta Ihnfeldt, 83, of Crosbyton, were held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Crosbyton Church of Christ with Jim York, minister, officiating.
Burial was in the Ralls Cem under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. Mrs. Ihnfeldt, a native of Collin County, died at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday in Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She married Willie Ihnfeldt, Dec. 30, 1920 in Ponder. He died in 1976. She came to the South Plains in 1921, to Ralls in 1923 and to Crosbyton in 1978. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Fritz of Colorado Springs, Co.; a daughter, Mrs. Leonard (Freda) Parker of Crosbyton; four brothers, Watler Schluter of Ralls, Hans Schluter of Rhome, August Schluter of Krum, and Rudolph Schluter of Argle; two sisters, Rhea Markham of Roanoke, and Annie Mae Lake of Fort Worth; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
