Pearl Jackson Lee died peacefully on Friday, June 15, 2012 at her home at the age of 86. She was born on January 29, 1926 in Gray, Louisiana to the parents of George and Pearlie Jackson (both deceased.) Pearl was one of nine children, all of who proceeded her in death. In her early twenties, Pearl met her beloved husband, Alcide Lee, they married February 26, 1949 and lived happily for 63 years. Pearl and Alcide moved to La Marque, Tx and later moved to Dickinson, Tx in 1967 where they made their homestead. She served at Greater Bell Zion Baptist Church for 51 years on the usher board and remained a faithful loyal member until she became ill.
The viewing and funeral services will be on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Greater Bell Zion Baptist Church, 5917 Carver in Texas City with viewing at 9AM and services following at 11:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park in Hitchcock. www.mainlandfhlamarque.com

The life of Mr. Alcide Lee (1926-2014) of Dickinson will be celebrated by family and friends on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Greater Bell Zion Baptist Church, 5917 Carver in Texas City with Pastor Jerry B. Lee, Jr., officiating.
Visitation will begin at 8:00 AM followed by services at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park in Hitchcock.
Mr. Lee is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Pearl.
He is survived by a loving family and many friends.
