Funeral services for Jack T. Willis, 45, 9f 1213 Roberts, are pending with Simpson Funeral Home.
Willis died at 4 a.m. today at the Veteran's Hospital in Amarillo. He had been a resident of Borger for the past 20 years and was a mail car driver for Phillips Petroleum Company.
He was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jewel of the home; two sons, Wesley and Kevin, both of the hone; two daughters, Pamela, also of the home and Mrs. Carolyn Cummings of Springfield, Mo.; two brothers, Dow Willis of Spearman, Denzil Willis of Daly City, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. W.B. Burgess of Pampa, Mrs. Norris Kirby of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. Steve Perez of Hayward, Calif.; and one grandchild.

BORGER - Jewell Collier Willis, 77, of Amarillo, formerly of Borger, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2004.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church Chapel in Borger with the Rev. Kevin Willis of Villa Baptist Church in Indianapolis and the Rev. Steve Brown of Salem Baptist Temple in Salem, Ore., officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery in Borger by Brown Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Willis was a retired sales clerk at Jim's Grocery. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Wesley Willis of Borger and Kevin Willis of Indianapolis; two daughters, Carolyn Cummings of Borger and Pamela Brown of Salem; a sister, Joyce Robinson of Lubbock; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Craig Methodist Retirement Community, 5500 W. Ninth Ave., Amarillo, TX 79106.
