Services for Billy Adams, 64, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First United Methodist Church of Ralls with the Rev. Johnny Williams, pastor of First United Methodist Church of Crosbyton, and the Rev. Howard Marcum, pastor of First United Methodist Church of Ralls, officiating.
Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
He died at 11:05 p.m. Sunday in St. Mary´s Hospital in Lubbock after a long illness.
The retired farmer was born in Ralls and lived in that area all his life. He was a World War II veteran and a member of the Disabled Veterans Organization. He also served on the Ralls school board.
Adams married Oreta (Sis) Foreman June 20, 1946, in Lubbock.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Chris of Lubbock; a daughter, Christie Ladd of Oceanside, Calif.; two brothers, Alvie and Jimmie, both of Ralls; and three sisters, Annie Phipps of Amarillo, Connie Griffith of Lubbock and Bonnie Howard of San Antonio.
