Kathryn Elizabeth Wynn, 83, of Amarillo, a former Borger resident, died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 1999.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Temple Baptist Church in Amarillo with the Rev. Richard Dickerson officiating. Graveside services will be at 4:30 p.m. today in Westlawn Memorial Park at Borger by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Wynn was born in Weatherford and moved to Borger in 1943 then moved to Amarillo in 1970. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Amarillo and a charter member of Bunavista Methodist Church of Borger. She retired from the Kellogg Co. as an accountant.
Her first husband, Francis Roy Peden, died in 1970. She also was preceded in death by her second husband, Floyd W. Wynn in 1994.
Survivors include three daughters, La Wanda Merrill of Borger, Judy Mae Jolley of Choctaw, Okla., and Neta Gay Mussa of Broken Arrow, Okla.; two stepdaughters, Barbara Bassile of Torrance, Calif., and Joyce Hunt of South Greenfield, Mo.; a stepson, Bill Wynn of Penrose, Colo.; a brother, Emery Gee of Amarillo; three sisters, Ernesteen Orr of Borger, Grace Haddox of Amarillo and Helen Ady of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be to Meals on Wheels.
