Merle Dean Yoder, 76, San Antonio, died July 22, 1991.
A retired shift foreman for Phillips Petroleum Company, he was a native of Jet, Oklahoma and a Borger resident for 40 years before moving to San Antonio.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Borger, and the Gideons International.
He is survived by his wife, Maudie of the home; two daughters, Mary Ann Morgan of Pampa and Martha Lynn Elston of Borger; two brothers, Rex Yoder of Borger, Max Yoder of Jet, Okla.; one sister, Marie Collins of Amarillo; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Dietz, minister, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Maudie Yoder, 81, Borger, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Chapel with the Rev. Jon Nichols, pastor of St. Andrew United Methodist Church, and the Rev. Andy Dietz, First Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors.
She died Friday, Jan. 26, 1996 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
A native of Temple, she had been a Borger resident for 50 years. She was a teacher and homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Merle Dean Yoder on July 22, 1991.
Survivors include two daughters, Martha Elston of Borger; and Mary Ann Morgan of Katy; a sister, Martha Hall of Harrisonburg, Va.; and five grandchildren.
