*Obituary
Jack B. Bailey, 43, of 718 N. Coble, died at North Plains Hospital early Tuesday morning.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Helen Bailey, three sons: Lawrence Bailey, Huntington Park, Calif.; Bobbie Bailey of Colorado; and Jerry Bailey of Borger; two daughters; Patricia and Linda Bailey of the home address.

Also his mother, Mrs. Ruth Bailey of Borger; two brothers: Lee Bailey of Huntington Park, Calif., and Ralph Bailey of Amarillo; two sisters: Mrs. May Crosby, Borger, and Mrs. Georgia Byard of Enid, Okla.

Mr. Bailey was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel of the Blackburn-Shaw-Brown funeral home with Rev. Weldon Lewis, associate pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in the local cemetery.
