Funeral services for David Harms, age 36 of Seminole, Texas will be held Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Old Colony Mennonite Church with William Giesbrecht officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Mr. Harms was born December 20, 1984 in Mexico to Susana (Bueckert) and Abram Harms. He married Susana Wall in Mexico June 26, 2005. He was a member of Old Colony Mennonite Church and worked as a contractor. He loved his wife and children dearly and truly enjoyed having family gatherings.

David Harms passed away due to an auto accident in Gaines County on Friday, April 30, 2021. He is preceded in death by his father, Abram Harms; one son, and one daughter. He is survived by his wife, Susana Harms of Seminole; one son, David Harms of Seminole; two daughters, Suisy Harms and Sara Harms of Seminole; his mother, Susana Redecop and husband Heinrich of Mexico; three brothers, Abram Harms and wife Aganetha of Canada, and Gerhard Harms and wife Agatha and Jacob Harms and wife Katharina, both of Seminole; five sisters, Susana Heide and husband Franz, Aganetha Guenther and husband Jacob, Elizabeth Dyck and husband Benjamin, all of Seminole, Katharina Bergen and husband Johan and Margarita Redecop, both of Canada.
