Ollie Berry, 82, died Saturday, Feb. 27, at her home in Borger.

Services were at 4 p.m Monday at the Church of God in Borger with Rev. Buck Lawley, Rev. B.L. Thornton and Rev. Mark Stripling officiating.

Interment was in Eastlawn Garden at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Berry was born in Colgate, Okla., and had been a Borger resident for 53 years, moving from Ringling, Okla.

She was active in high school sports and was valedictorian of her class.

She married Ernest C. Berry on Sept. 4, 1938, in Ringling, Okla. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Berry taught Sunday School at the Church of God where she was a member.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Berry in 1998.

Survivors include three sons, R. Dean Berry of Borger, Ernest Berry of Pampa and Raymond D. Berry of Flower Mound; one daughter, Sue Thornton of Pampa; one sister, Ada Garcia of Altus, Okla.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Casket bearers were Bobby Berry, Donnie Berry, Ronnie Berry, Mike Cox, Bruce Given and Larry Heidelberg.
