Helen Elizabeth Branham
August 7, 1921 - January 30, 2018
Helen Elizabeth Branham, 96, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
Funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday, February 3, 2018 in the Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tim Bernard officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Helen was born August 7, 1921 in Jacksboro, Texas to Jeff Barnes and Chleo Hullen Barnes. She was a member of the Church of God in Borger. Helen enjoyed singing and attending Church. She was always willing to do a garage sale or go to one. Helen had a heart for all animals big and small.
She is preceded in death by her parents; three husbands; son, Pete Iverson; daughters, Lynn Pruitt, Ernadene Battigg, Pamela Smith; granddaughters, Kim Wilkinson, Baby Girl Iverson; grandsons, Ike Iverson and Steven Miller; and great grandson, Henry Hopkins.
Survivors include her daughters, Verna Clark of Borger, Georgia Francis of Borger, Sandy Ridling of Arkansas; brothers, George Barnes, James Barnes, Ray Barnes all of Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren, Justin Clark, Jody Iverson, Phillip Martin, Rusty Hopkins, Brandon Hopkins, Paul Hodges, Lonnie Hodges, Bobby Hodges, Amanda Miller, J-Lee Spence, George Smith, Michael Smith; numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
