Borger News Herald - January 21, 1959
Mrs. Jettie Burton, a resident of Borger since 1926, died late Tuesday in an Amarillo hospital. Mrs. Burton was 60 years old and resided at 801 West Jackson in Borger.
Survivors include her husband, E.L. Burton of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Duke Parsons of Amarillo and Mrs. Vincent Ogilvie of Borger; two sons, Roy Ramsey of Borger and Owen Collom of Kirkland, Washington; and 10 grandchildren.
Services are planned at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church of Borger, with the pastor, the Rev. Dan Cameron, officiating. Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery, with Ed Brown, Funeral Director, in charge.
Pallbearers are D.M. Prater, J.L. McMemany, Lee Prater, B.B. Yates, Glen Marvin and Ed Turner.
