Britney Rebeca Bell-Moreno, 35, of Lubbock, formerly of Brownfield, passed away Monday, Feb. 16, 2009, in Lubbock. Services will be 10a.m. Friday, Feb. 20, 2009, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Carter officiating.

Britney was born on Feb. 9, 1974, to Gary and Cynthia Bell in Bedford, Texas. She moved with her family to Brownfield in 1981, where she graduated from Brownfield High School in 1992. She then married Randy Moreno on Feb. 5, 1999, in Lubbock. They lived together in Lubbock with her babies, Otto and Buddy, whom she adored. Britney was a certified coding and billing reimbursement specialist in the medical industry. She worked for the Pediatric Department at Texas Tech University Health and Science Center and part time for South Plains Community Action. She was also a member of Lonestar Coding. Britney is survived by her husband, Randy Moreno, of Lubbock; her parents, Gary and Cynthia Bell, of Brownfield; her sister, Tylithia Bell, of Brownfield; her brother, Brad Bell and his wife, Paula, of Loop; two nieces, Kaitlin Bell, of Loop and Taryn Longoria, of Brownfield; four nephews, Kyle Bell, Kody Bell, and Koy Bell, all of Loop, and Tate Longoria, of Brownfield; grandmother Geneva Bell of Stratford; and her two dogs, Otto and Buddy.
