*Obituary
Funeral services for Bessie G. Day, 87, Borger, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Henry N. Chisum, pastor, officiating.
Mrs. Day died at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, 1994 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
She was a secretary and bookkeeper for Wes-Tex Construction Corporation.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther P. Day, Aug. 26, 1952.
Survivors include three nieces, Jeanne Bay of San Antonio; Rena Whiston of St. Elmo, Ill.; and Mary Elizabeth Hillin of San Antonio; and a great-nephew, Stephen Hillin of Houston.
Pallbearers will be Gene Purcell, B.D. Boyd, Ted Buckland, Sig Fauske, Carroll Pace, and Bob Watkins.
