FRITCH - Norman L. Dyer, 77, Fritch, died Saturday, Feb. 24, 1990, in High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Marlin Adams officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
A native of Albany, Okla., he had been a Hutchinson County resident since 1941. He was a retired stillman operator with Phillips Petroleum Company.
Mr. Dyer was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a bishop of the church for 15 years.
Survivors include his wife, Cora Lee of the home; four daughters, Norma Leake of Mobeetie; Clarrena Spears and LaVonn Littell, both of Amarillo; and Joy Cummings of Raton, N.M.; three brothers, Earl Dyer of Durant, Okla.; Harry Dyer of Oklahoma City; and Joseph Dyer of Hobbs, N.M.; one sister, Vernell Rodden of Oklahoma City; 16 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

FRITCH - Cora Lee Dyer, 84, died Saturday March 22, 1997 at St. Anthony's Hospice of the Panhandle.
Funeral services were held today at the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints with Franklin Jordan officiating.
Burial was in the Eastlawn Garden at Highland Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
Casket bearers were Harold Lee Wilson, Rodney Griffin, Mike Wilson, Tony Wilson, Joe Nicholes and Harold Nicholes.
A native of Bokchito, Okla, she had been a Borger resident since 1941. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She married Norman Leslie Dyer in 1929.
Survivors include four daughters, Clarrena Spear of Amarillo, Joy Cummings of Raton, N.M., LaVon Littell also of Amarillo and Norma Lee Leake of Fritch; three brothers, John Dodson of Springfield, Colo., Louis Dodson of Amarillo and Grady Dodson of Bonham; one sister Billie Hindman of Farmington, N.M.; 10 grandchildren, 29 great grand-children and five great great grandchildren.
