Arlin Ferrell Daniel, 87 of Brownfield passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011 in Lubbock. He was born May 25, 1924 in Quitaque, Texas to Thomas Virgil and Dora Lee Daniel. He and his family moved to Meadow in 1924. He graduated from Meadow High School. Ferrell married Nera May Berryhill on December 19, 1943 in Meadow. She preceded him in death in 2009. He was a WWII U.S. Army veteran serving in the South Pacific in the Anti-Aircraft Artillery. He owned and operated Ferrell's T.V. & Radio prior to retiring. He was a member of Brownfield First Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Shelia; a son, Gene; and a brother, John M. Daniel.

Ferrell is survived by 2 grandsons, Joey Gardner and wife Terie of Lubbock and Scott Klein and wife Elizabeth of Dallas; 4 great grandchildren, Lindsey Gardner, Kenzie Gardner, Kelly Klein and Dylan Klein.

Services for Nera May Daniel, 82, of Brownfield will be at 10:00 am, Friday, April 24, 2009 at Brownfield First Baptist Chapel with Rev. Randy Land officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memoral Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
There will be a family visitation at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8pm.

Nera May passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009 in Lubbock. She was born December 12, 1926 in Waxahachie to Allen C. and Nera Berryhill. She moved with her parents to Tahoka in 1932 and then to Terry County in 1933. She attended school in Gomez and graduated from Brownfield High School. Nera May married Arlin Ferrell Daniel on Dec. 19, 1943 in Meadow. She was a member of Brownfield First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Shelia Klein; a son, Gene Daniel; three brothers, John, Jimmie and Robert Berrryhill and her parents.

Nera May is survived by her husband Ferrell; 2 grandsons, Scott Klein of Dallas and Joey Gardner of Lubbock; 3 great granddaughters, Lindsey and Kenzie Gardner and Kelly Klein; a great grandson, Dylan Klein; a brother, Ernest Berryhill and his wife Tommie of Lubbock.
