*Obituary
HEDLEY - Floyd L. Hays, 83, Hedley, died Wednesday morning, Dec. 19, 1990 in St. Anthony's Hospice in Amarillo.
Services are pending with Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
A native of Mount Vernon, he was a Borger resident from 1926-1972, and lived in Hedley from 1972-1990. He was a retired Phillips Petroleum Company employee.
Survivors include his wife, Mamie of the home; one son, Malcolm Hays of College Station; one sister, Jewel Wells [sic] of Borger; and two grandchildren.
