STINNETT - Bernard C. Himmelberg, 88, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 1998.
A vigil will be at 7 p.m. today in Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Ann's Catholic Church with Monsignor Norbert Kuehler officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Himmelberg was born in Aholt, Mo. He moved to Stinnett from Phillips in 1960. He was an engineer for Phillips Petroleum before retiring in 1975. He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
He married Martha Fehling in 1931 at Aholt. She died in 1990.
Survivors include a son, Glen R. Himmelberg of Columbia, Mo.; three daughters, Benita Himmelberg of Panhandle, Jerrie Judd of Borger and Kathy Dodson of Fritch; three sisters, Veronica Fuemmler of Salisbury, Mo., Dorothy Fuemmler of Glasgow, Mo., and Anna Rose Campbell of Carrollton, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at 1011 Elmore in Borger. They request memorials in lieu of flowers be to St. Ann's Nursing Home in Panhandle or the Mike Judd Memorial Scholarship Fund at Frank Phillips Junior College.

STINNETT - Martha C. Himmelberg, 78, Stinnett, died at 7:15 a.m. Friday, May 4, 1990, in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
Services are pending with Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
A native of Morrison, Mo., she had been an area resident since 1950. She was a homemaker and member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
She married B.C. Himmelberg April 14, 1931 in Glasgow, Mo.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Glenna Marie Judd in 1955, and a grandson, Mike Judd in 1977.
Survivors include her husband of the home; one son, Glen Ray Himmelberg of Columbia, Mo.; three daughters, Jerrie Judd of Borger; Benita Himmelberg of the home, and Kathy Drennan of Stinnett; two brothers, Virgil Fehling of Armstrong, Mo.; Clarence Fehling of Paola, Kan.; two sisters, Stella Steinmetz of Armstrong, Mo.; and Geneva Lynch of Jefferson, Mo.; 9 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
