Sarah Bonsel Phillips was born on March 7, 1857 in Mississippi to Young Erwin Phillips & Elizabeth Lawrence.
She is the wife of William Middleton Plaster. They had two daughters and two sons from this union.
Mrs. Sarah Plaster died September 21, 1929 at the age of 77 in Bedias, Grimes County, Texas. She is buried in the Plaster Family Cemetery, located in Bedias on private property, with her husband, who died after her in 1944.
