*Obituary
Funeral services for Alfred Kossey, a resident of the area 18 years will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Stinnett, the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church officiating, assisted by the Rev. Norris Omstead, pastor at Phillips.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Mortuary.

Kossey, a member of Phillips First Baptist Church, died in Abilene Thursday.

Pallbearers will be Robert Cosper, H.O. Dawson, Tubby DeShields, J.D. Norton, Leonard Burgess and L.J. Blankenship.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Madge Kossey; three sons, David, Larry and Kenny and a daughter, Kay, all of the home; five sisters, Mrs. Alvin Yeger [sic], Mrs. Alton Thornton, Mrs. George Tate and Mrs. Tom Clifton, all of Abilene, and Mrs. E.R. Conklin, Plainview; two brothers, L.L. Kossey of Shattuck, Okla., and R.L. Kossey of Abilene.
