CANYON - Funeral services for Vincent Andrew Langen, 74, Canyon, were at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Hancock, pastor, officiating.
Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Thursday in Highland Park Cemetery with burial by Holley Funeral Directors.
He died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 1990, in Amarillo.
Mr. Langen was born in Lawton, Okla. He was a construction worker most of his life, having helped build Borger during the town's oil boom days. He had also worked on the Alaskan Pipeline.
Survivors include three sons, Phil Langen of Canyon, Charles Langen of Dalhart; and Vincent Langen of Albuquerque, N.M.; two brothers, Laverne Langen of California; and Danny Langen of Borger; a sister, Katherine Williamson of Denison; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Allene Langen, 72, of Pampa, died Tuesday in Amarillo.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday in the Carmichael-Whatley Chapel in Pampa. The Rev. Jim Hancock, paster [sic] of the First Baptist Church in Canyon, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery in Borger under the direction of N.S. Griggs and Sons Funeral Directors of Amarillo.
Langen lived in Borger from 1926 to 1969. She was born in Lawton, Okla., and had lived in Pampa since 1982.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church of Borger.
Survivors include her husband, V.A. "Pee Wee" Langen of the home; thee [sic] sons, Phillip Langen of Canyon, Charles Langen of Dalhart, and Vince Langen of Albuquerque, N.M.; one sister, Ruth Pafford of Borger; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
