Agustina Martinez
August 28, 1926 - June 28, 2016
Agustina Martinez passed away June 28, 2016 in Borger surrounded by her loving family.
She was born August 28, 1926 in Durango, Mexico to Tereso and Sabina Fernandez Morales. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Tranquilino Martinez; 2 sons: Jesus Salomon and Elpidio Salomon; 2 brothers: Jamie Morales and Roberto Morales.
She is survived by 2 sons: Cecilio Salomon of Juarez, Mexico and Amado Martinez of Denver, Colorado; 4 daughters: Maria and husband John Roybal of Borger, Isela and husband Gerardo Vega of El Paso, Texas , Fransisea Salomon of Juarez, Mexico and Teresa and husband Antonio Teran of El Paso, Texas; 21 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Mrs. Martinez will lie in state at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains Thursday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Rosary will be held Thursday at 7:00 pm at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains.
Services will be held Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Johns Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery.
