Funeral services for Stephen Varn McKee, 68, of 712 N. Cedar, who died at 11 a.m. Tuesday, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Johnson Park Church of Christ.

Charles Kymes, minister, will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton Mortuary.

Mr. McKee was a retired mechanic for Bob Cooper Buick-Pontiac. He had been a Borger reisdent [sic] since 1943.

He was born Dec. 18, 1907, in Charlie, Tex., and was a member of the Johnson Park Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, one daughter, two sisters, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Claude Robinson, H.S. Buckley, Morris and Bob Cooper, L.A. McMillan and Loyce Box.

Martha Lee McKee, 70, 712 N. Cedar, died Wednesday in High Plains Baptist Hospital.

A homemaker, she was a native of Zephyr, Texas, and a Borger resident since 1943.

She was a member of Johnson Park Church of Christ.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Varnell Harbin of Borger; two sisters, Mrs. Beulah Golladay of Borger, Mrs. Elma Bennett of Phoenix, Ariz.; one brother, Clarence Nobles of Coeta, Okla., four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Johnson Park Church of Christ with Mr. Bob Sheppard, West Texas State University Bible Choir, and Mrs. Judge Morris, minister, Gardner Street Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Casket bearers will be Rocky Harbin, Terry Harbin, Coy Harbin, Lonnie Hawley, Eugene Hawley, and Buddy Wilkerson.
