Claud A. "Cat" Morrison, 76, Borger died Saturday in Coronado County Hospital in Pampa.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today in Brown's Chapel of the Fountains, with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church officiating.

A native of Woods Station, Okla., and he had been a Borger resident for 36 years. He was a pipefitter in refinery construction. He was a Baptist, and World War II Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Loretta of the home; one son Gene of Abilene, one brother, Andrew Morrison of Eagle Point, Or.; three sisters, Mae Pigg of Erick, Okla.; Mable Holland of Erick, Okla.; and Mary Bass of Friona; and one grandson, Kreg.

Burial was in Highland Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
