BORGER - Ouaida L. Murphy, 96, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 1998.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Highland Park Cemetery with Steve Hawkins officiating. Arrangements are by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Murphy had been a resident of Borger since 1940. She was a member of First Christian Church and Rebekah Lodge 286. She received the Paper Patent of the State of Texas Outstanding Rebekah.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Floyd Prince, in 1948 and her second husband, Arthur E. Murphy, in 1983. She also was preceded in death by two sons, Goble Prince in 1981 and Hiram Prince in 1995.

Survivors include two sons, Delma Prince of Independence, Kan., and Noolen Prince of Tyler; a daughter, Patsy Webb of Amarillo; a sister, Opal Hadaway of Plano; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
