Konrade Forrest Adams was born in Bedias, Grimes County, Texas on July 8, 1896 to George Washington Adams and Val "Ida" Vernde.
He is the brother of Kathileen Margaret Adams.
Konrade was assigned Army Number 2,352,769. He was enlisted in Company G, 2nd Infantry, North Dakota National Guard at Devils Lake, on September 20, 1917; served in Company G, 2nd Infantry National Guard (164th Field Hospital, 116th Sanitary Train), to December 5, 1917. Casual detachment, 41st Division, to May 21, 1918; 164th Field Hospital, 116th Sanitary Train, to February 18, 1919; Camp Dodge Detachment, 159th Infantry, to discharge; Overseas from April 17. 1918, to April 6.1919; Discharged at Camp Dodge, Iowa on April 21, 1919 as a private.
Mr. Adams died on December 21, 1928 in De Soto, Louisiana at the age of 32.
