Services for Phinis E. Perry, 73, of 1501 Clayton, will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Alexander Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Amos Meador, pastor emeritus of the First Church of the Nazarene, officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Alexander Funeral Directors.
Mr. Perry died at 9:26 a.m. Thursday in his home.
Mr. Perry was owner and operator of Perry Neon Signs Co. for the past 30 years. A native of Sadalia [sic], Mo., he moved to Borger from Breckenridge and had lived here for the past 50 years. During the war, he served in G-2 Intelligence and as a topographic engineer.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen; two sisters, Wilma Smith of Riverside, Calif., and Loma Reno of Oakland, Calif.; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mike Boyer, Vard McGlaun, L.D. Thompson and Ed Chase.
