BORGER - Final rites will be at 4 p.m. Friday in First Church of the Nazarene here for Tony Franklin Pierce, 14, of Hobbs, N.M., a native of Borger.

Officiating will be the Rev. Amos R. Meador, pastor. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton Mortuary.

The Pierce youth died Tuesday in Methodist Hospital in Lubbock where he had been in critical condition since mid-July when he was injured in a motorcycle accident in Hobbs.

Survivors include his parents, Mrs. Mary Jane Pierce and Jackie Pierce, both of Hobbs, his brother, several grandparents and a great-grandmother.

Services for Tony Franklin Pierce, 14, of Hobbs will be at 4 p.m. today in First Nazarene Church in Borger with burial in Highland Park Cemetery under direction of Minton Mortuary. Pierce died about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Lubbock's Methodist Hospital.
