Della Dunks was born August 10, 1883 in Crosby, Harris County, Texas to James Howard Dunks and FLorence McCracken.
She is the sister to Florence Dunks (1880–1896), Ira James Dunks (1881–1955), Willie S Dunks (1885–1905), E E Dunks (1888–1889), Herman Dunks (1890–1973)and Ruby E Dunks Bossier (1893–1989).
Miss Dunks married Miles Wesley Boals in 1912 in Harris County, Texas. There were no known children from this union.
Mrs. Della Boals died on November 28, 1965 in Kerr County, Texas at the age of 82. She was widowed at her time of death. Her husband preceded her in death by 17 years.
