BORGER - W.L. "Bill" Ramsay, 76, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Disciples of Christ Christian Church with the Rev. James Stephens, pastor, officiating. Masonic graveside rites by Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge No. 1355 will be in Highland Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Ramsay was born Feb. 24, 1931, in Amarillo. He was in payroll and personnel at Phillips Petroleum Co., retiring in 1986 after 37 years of employment.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Ramsay; two sons, Ray D. Ramsay and Terry Flippo, both of Borger; two daughters, Becky Addis and Pat Cline, both of Borger; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

BORGER - Jean Ramsay, 75, died Friday, May 1, 2009.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Minton Memorial Chapel with James Stephens of First Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Jean was born March 10, 1934, in Bartlesville, Okla., and had been a Borger resident since 1944. She retired as an LVN from North Plains Hospital and was a member of First Christian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Ramsay on Oct. 30, 2007; two grandsons, Randy VanArsdale and Scott Cline; and her parents, Ray and Esther Smith.
Survivors include two sons, Terry Flippo and wife Rene' and Ray Ramsay and wife Vicki, all of Borger; two daughters, Becky Addis and husband Gary and Pat Cline and husband Tom, all of Borger; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Hospice Care of the Southwest, 1301 S. Coulter St., Suite 404, Amarillo, TX 79106.
Casket bearers will be her grandsons, Gregg Whittington, Lance Cline, Mike Chowins, David Ramsay, Jake Ramsay and Trevor VanArsdale.
The family will be staying at 521 Lee St. in Borger.
