Evelyn Reed, 62, 1606 Primrose, died Thursday evening in St. Anthony's Hospice in Amarillo.

A homemaker, she was a native of Chicago, Illinois and a Borger resident for 37 years.

She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, Amarillo Symphony Choir and Borger Music Club.

She is survived by her husband, Eldean; one son, Mike of Temple; two daughters, Mary Evelyn Pinno of Temple and Kathy Reed of Arlington; two sisters, Ramona Czjia of Highland, Indiana, and Helen Thames of Muncie, Indiana; two grandchildren.

Services are pending with Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home.
