Buddy Reese, 79, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015.

Funeral service will be held 1:30 pm on Friday, June 12, 2015 at Keeler Baptist Church with Pastors Randy Bartley and Leonard Forsythe officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Buddy was born December 19, 1938 in Willis, Oklahoma to Charles and Irene (Loy) Reese. He proudly served in the United States Army. Buddy was a master electrician, he owned and operated Trinity Electric since 1969 and was an extremely hard worker and an avid lover of photography. He also enjoyed collecting coins.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beverly; brothers, Wallace, Jesse, Charlie; and sisters, Junita, Charlene, Lucille and Justine.

Survivors include his sons, Scott Reese and his wife Laura of Ashland, Kentucky, Michael Reese and wife Brenda of Amarillo, Steven Reese and wife Nikki of New Braunfels; four grandchildren, Hannah, Kate, Lexi, Riley; brother, J.L. Reese of Amarillo and sister, Luanna Ingram of California.

BORGER - Beverly R. Reese, 69, died Monday, Aug. 9, 2010.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Keeler Baptist Church in Borger. Graveside services will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Beverly was born April 29, 1941, in Hamilton, Ontario, and was a resident of Borger for more than 50 years. She was a member of Keeler Baptist Church.

Beverly was married to L.A. "Buddy" Reese on April 4, 1959, in Hamburg, N.Y.

After settling in Borger, she began her career as a teacher and mentor to countless children. She served as assistant director of Buttercup House Day Care Center for eight years and later operated a private, in-home day care center, where she formed close ties with many families and children for more than 20 years.

She also served as a valuable partner and bookkeeper for the family business.

Beverly had many passions in her life, family being first and foremost. She loved the outdoors, enjoyed fishing and adored working in her flower garden.

She was a talented artist in many areas including ceramics, cake decorating and most recently oil painting. She shared these passions with many dear friends. Other hobbies included collecting angels, teapots and great pairs of shoes.

She was proceeded in death by her mother, Ruth Schoener.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Buddy Reese of Borger; three sons, Scott and wife Laura of Ashland, Ky., Michael and wife Brenda of Amarillo, and Steven and wife Nikki of New Braunfels; a brother, Bob Schoener and family of Houston; four grandchildren, Hannah, Kate, Lexi and Riley; and many other family members and precious friends.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
